Before returning to Florence, you must ask the International Relations Service of the Partner University an official signed and stamped certificate (on letterhead), that state the start and end dates of your mobility abroad. This document will be used to count the exact duration of your scholarship. You should also keep the receipts for your airplane ticket and boarding card, which will be necessary to get reimbursed, as defined in the Call.
The transcript of records is the official document that states which exams you took abroad, and your exam score. You will receive your Transcript at your home address, and/or the International Relations Service will receive a copy, usually one or two months after the end of the semester. You will be contacted if the I.R.S. receives your Transcript, or you must contact the I.R.S. if you receive your transcript.
