5. Certificate of mobility

Before returning to Florence, you must ask the International Relations Service of the Partner University for an official signed and stamped certificate (on letterhead) that declares the start and end dates of your mobility abroad. This document will be used to count the exact duration of your scholarship. You should also keep the receipts for your airplane tickets and boarding cards, which will be necessary to get refunded, as defined by the criteria set out in the Call.

 

 

6. Transcript of Records

The transcript of records is the official document that declares what exams you took abroad, and your grades of your exams. You will receive your Transcript at your home address, and/or the International Relations Service will receive a copy, usually one or two months after the end of the semester.

You will be contacted if the I.R.S. receives your Transcript, or you must contact the I.R.S. if you receive your transcript.

 

7. End of the mobility and exam recognition

Within 20 days of the end of your mobility, you must submit the Area Servizi alla Didattica/Mobilità Internazionale (address: Via della Pergola 60 – 50121 Firenze) the following documents:

• A certificate that declares the exact activities you carried out abroad and the precise duration of your mobility;
• The results of the exams that you have taken, as agreed in your Learning Agreement (Transcript of Records) or, alternatively, the certification of the research that you have carried out abroad.

Within 20 days of the end of your mobility, you must send a CFU recognition request to the School’s International Relations Service, attaching the following documents:

• A Certificate released by the Partner University
• The Transcript of Records

Please note that the Course you are enrolled in has 30 days to deliberate your exam recognition; please be mindful of that when considering your graduation deadlines.
