Confirmation of arrival
The Erasmus period certificate is the document that certifies the start and end date of your Traineeship. The duration of your traineeship will be counted based on the dates shown by this document (minimum of 60 days).
You will receive the Erasmus period certificate when you sign the contract, or you will be able to download it online. When you arrive, the Partner Institution will have to have it signed and sent to the International Relations Service at UniFi.
Transcript of Work- Traineeship Certificate
On the last day of your traineeship, you must ask your tutor at the Partner University fill out and sign the Transcript of Work form, which certifies the work you have done and how many hours you have interned for. You may download the form online or ask the International Relations Service.
Extending your Traineeship period
The extension must be requested at least a month before the planned end of the mobility, so as to get authorization from the Partner Institution. You can only ask for one extension during the mobility period; the total duration cannot exceed 12 months and must end before the 30th of September.
Erasmus extensions are usually always accepted, but scholarship extensions will only be granted if there are residual funds after the end of the Erasmus program (in September).
