Learning Objectives
Knowledge acquired:
The module aims to make the students able to analyze problems, to evaluate possible solutions and to achieve goals concerning field crops and Horticultural crops. Main agronomic techniques which are able to influence quality characteristics of row materials obtained by crop cultivation.
Competence acquired (at the end ):
le production, considered under a gradient of increasing complexity and achievable goals; the different system of production of various vegetables crops according to their requirements and to the aims to be achieved (market or industry). Knowledge about agronomic techniques influencing technological characteristics of cereals and some root crops, vegetables and fruits.
Skills acquired (at the end of the course):
- To be able to manage suitably the crops in order to achieve definite goals.
- Information about main factors influencing crop production from the qualitative point of view. Such factors are treated according to the different growing stage of species and the final destination of the raw product and the quality required.
