The course provides the knowledge of: 1) the juridical instruments fro the comprehension of the discussed topics; 2) the basic concepts of International,European and Italian Environmental Law, and of the juridical lines leading to the National Law and more strictly connected to the protection of biodiversity, and the Agrienvironmental Biotechnology
Professor Ferrucci will make didactit material(slides, sentences, legal texts, judgements of the Court of Justice of the European Union ) available to the students on the E-Learning
Learning Objectives
The aim of the course is to supply the ability to acquire familiarity with the legal language; to find, interpret (also critically),understand and use the regulatory framework of International, National and European on Environmental Law, with particular attention to the Laws dealing with the protection of biodiversity, and dealing with Agrienvironmental Biotechnology.
